Today I am sharing my top 3 tips for dealing with fear and doubt.

  1. What is the opposite?
  2. What is the solution?
  3. I can cope - Accept the worse and know you can cope.

We feel fear and doubt all the time, especially as we grow. I see it on a daily basis, in friends, myself and also the members of UAS. Questions come in daily and there is usually fear or doubt driving the questions.

Remember you CAN cope and accept that the worst might happen but you learn from mistakes and challenging times. I can create a safety net in case this does happen and minimise it from happening in the future. It's OK to make mistakes, I am human.
